Returns
We want you to love your tagua jewelry. If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. We’ll also ask for your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at Sales@mocoche.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll reply with instructions and the return address. Please don’t send anything back before hearing from us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to post it.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
Damaged or incorrect items
Tagua is a natural material and every piece is a little different, but if your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, shipping included.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different set is to return the one you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.
